This episode sure lived up to its name. Barnaby’s been pretty happy for the past 10 months but now the truths are starting to surface and he probably wishes he didn’t know about them. I’m not quite sure where this all is going from here because we’ve got even more questions but no answers for them.

No big speculah this week. Actually, this week’s episode was pretty relaxing after all the backstory and revelations in the previous one.
17. Blood is thicker than water.
-血は水よりも濃い-
Before I say anything else about this episode, I just wanted to say that Keiichi Sato (director) and Masafumi Nishida (screenwriter) are amazing. The characterization, relationships and the issues Tiger & Bunny tackles and the way it is done are just incredible. We can’t remember seeing anything like this in an anime before and not even many live action dramas go this deep. The more we get into the characters and their motives the more our mind is blown. If anyone can pull this series through to a good ending, it’s these guys. And they’re turning Tiger & Bunny into a masterpiece. You have our trust, keep on rocking.
I made a separate speculah post last week, but it’s not gonna work this time. There’s simply too much stuff packed into this episode, not to mention dropping the bomb on Lunatic’s backstory.
16. Truth lies at the bottom of a well.

That thing with summer and swimsuits that producer Tamura talked about in the magazine snippet we found? Well we did get characters in swimsuits in this episode, just as he promised. But no beach episode. In other words, trolled again. （；￣д￣） And apart from finding inventive ways to distract us with, this episode had a lot of interesting stuff going on…
15. The sky’s the limit…

This week, King of Moe has his spot in the limelight. And Tiger & Bunny is a really cruel show to the nicest of the nice guys.
